Lynx, a digital leader in Italy with over twenty years of experience at international level.
Lynx was founded in Padua in 1998 as a software house.
The Group’s growth strategy in the first years of its existence was aimed at both the domestic market (first the Milan office was opened, followed by the Rome office) and the foreign market (first Lynx Iberica was created and then Lynx Turkey) with business mainly focused on the Finance and Utilities markets.

However, it was from 2016 onwards that growth really took off: the group’s turnover doubled and a clear positioning of the company in the digital market emerges:
- 2016-2018: expansion in South America
- 2019: acquisition of Emerasoft and Profesia, two companies capable of driving technological innovation thanks to the continuous scouting for innovative solutions by a steadily expanding team in Turin
- 2019: acquisition of Advansys (later merged into Lynx in 2021), a Milan-based system integrator, with the aim of strengthening Lynx’s position in the insurance market
- 2021: acquisition of Alis Consulting, a Milan-based management consulting firm highly specialised in banking
- 2021: FSI acquires 49.9% of Lynx’s share capital
- 2021: acquisition of Insurance Online, a product company with a strong focus, through proprietary solutions, on e-money and bancassurance
- 2022: acquisition of Double Consulting, a company active in business and technology consulting in the Banking, Insurance, and Utilities sectors
- 2022: acquisition of PIC Servizi per l’Informatica, a company active in the market of IT consulting and services in the Banking and public services sector
- 2024: merger of PIC Informatica and Space Informatica into Lynx
- 2024: acquisition and merger of Oberon (business unit) and Best Solutions into Lynx
- 2024: acquisition of Sicom Informatica and About Data Governance by Lynx
- 2025: buyback by Matteo and Federico Moretti of the equity stake held by the FSI fund, supported by financial partner Carlyle
- 2025: acquisition of Digix, a company specialized in Project Portfolio Management and Customer Relationship Management, with strong references in the industrial sector.
