We support Public Administration along the path to digitalisation.

Italian public administrations have embarked on a process of modernising the model for offering and managing services for citizens. Their aim is to be increasingly proactive and close to the end user in the provision of simplified, digital, and 24-hour services.

A fundamental requirement for a state-of-the-art public administration is the adoption of technologies that allow ever-increasing flexibility in the evolution of the application pool and increasing data transparency from an open data perspective.

These needs lead to interoperability projects where individual entities integrate back-end and front-end systems via controlled and secure APIs and manage access through identity management systems. This approach simplifies the production of increasingly modern interfaces to expose a growing number of services.

To ensure greater reliability and scalability of the services themselves, the various entities adopt cloud infrastructures on the one hand, and on the other, evolve Java and .NET applications from Monoliths to Microservices.

We have contributed to the evolution of the following systems:

Consequently, the public administration must pay special attention to new development and security methodologies. While they aim at improving and automating application development and maintenance workflows, they also incorporate the issue of security as a fundamental element of the process, enabling the release of increasingly secure applications in increasingly shorter timeframes.

Finally, as a further focus of attention, the PA is investing in bridging the gap between citizens and access to the services exposed through modern web platforms, so that they can be used by an increasingly broader public, with particular attention to all those users who are less accustomed to using the latest technologies.

For over a decade, the Lynx Group has been helping the Italian public administration to adapt to the new digitalisation requirements, desired by the central government and by the citizens, through technology partners and certified consultancy.
