Ímpar joins the Lynx Group, bringing strong Microsoft expertise and opening up new opportunities for growth, integration, and innovation in Latin America.

In the interview, Ímpar talks about the first months of integration into the Lynx Group, the synergies created with the other companies – starting with Lynx Brasil – and how the meeting between Lynx’s industrial solidity and Impar’s innovation-driven digital culture is opening up new opportunities for growth, technological expansion, and business development in Latin America.

A few months have passed since Ímpar joined the Lynx Group. What are your impressions so far?

“What struck me the most in these first months is how active and collaborative the group is. The days we spent in Milan made it clear that there is real synergy and huge potential to create something meaningful together. Moreover, even though it is a large and highly structured group, Lynx manages to maintain a model in which each company has the autonomy to operate strategically. This brings speed, dynamism, and an environment where ideas truly move forward.

For us, this is especially motivating. We have a lot to contribute with our experience in Microsoft technologies, and we are excited about the opportunity to bring strong group technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Java to Latin America. We see a future of growth, integration, and concrete opportunities — and we are very excited about what lies ahead.”

The integration process between two organizations is never just operational. From your point of view, how is the union between Ímpar and Lynx being built, also in terms of culture and ways of working?

“We are still at the beginning of this phase, but the integration is happening in a very natural way. Since we are on different continents, the process started by getting closer to the Lynx Brasil operation, and we are already working together on relevant commercial opportunities and building strategic partnerships for major bids. This only confirms how truly compatible our cultures are: we both value people, excellence in service, and quality and professionalism in delivery.

On our first trip to Milan as part of the group, we had very interesting conversations with Matteo and Federico, who brought very solid suggestions for our operation. Some of these are already turning into concrete actions for 2026. In the end, this exchange is perhaps the greatest value of this union: the opportunity to share, evolve, and grow together.

Ímpar is recognized as a digital company with a strong identity and an innovation-driven culture. What has it meant for Ímpar to become part of a group like Lynx?

“Joining the Lynx Group has been the confirmation of something very important for us: we have managed to build a solid and relevant company, an asset that makes sense within a global group like Lynx. For us, this has opened up a new and very promising horizon. When we announced the acquisition internally, the reaction was immediate: everyone was excited about the idea of being part of a new chapter in our story.

The challenge now is to scale quickly without losing the essence that brought us this far. And from this perspective, Lynx’s robustness amplifies something that has always been in our DNA: the focus on innovation. By becoming a multi-platform company and adding new technologies to our expertise in Microsoft technologies, we will be able to expand our ability to offer complete and truly holistic solutions to our clients. This positions us for a future of even greater growth and impact.”

What are Ímpar’s distinctive strengths that you are bringing — or will bring — to the Group?

“Our main distinctive strength for the Group is the solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies that we have. Today we count on a team of over 200 professionals fully dedicated to projects on this platform, delivering robust solutions for global clients — a profile very similar to Lynx’s customer base. In addition, we have built up a significant set of skills and certifications within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem, which demonstrate our ability to create high-impact solutions and get the most out of what technology can offer.

This body of expertise is a strategic asset for the Group and will certainly be widely leveraged in the coming years.”

Looking ahead to the coming months, what opportunities do you see for Ímpar as part of the Lynx Group? And what do you believe is important to start working on right away?

“I see three major areas of opportunity for the coming months. The first is accelerating our technological expansion. We are now part of an ecosystem that masters platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Java, and this allows us to extend our reach beyond the Microsoft universe, offering a more complete and competitive portfolio to the Group’s clients in Latin America.

The second is the generation of joint business. We have already started to take part in integrated commercial opportunities and, as integration advances, this tends to intensify — especially in larger-scale projects, where the combination of our capabilities can create much stronger value propositions.

The third is gaining operational maturity. The exchanges with the Group, especially with the team in Milan, have already brought us relevant suggestions, and we will have room to implement structural improvements that strengthen our efficiency and support the accelerated growth we are pursuing.

What we need to work on right away is precisely preparing Ímpar for this new phase: reinforcing internal processes, expanding our skills on the Group’s new technologies, and ensuring that we grow while preserving our culture, our focus on innovation, and the quality that has always set us apart. This is what will enable us to fully leverage the potential of this partnership.”
